As i understand, python 2.7.9 comes with pip installed, however when i try to execute a pip command from cmd (windows) i get the following error: Allows to run commands like ls or pip or what you have available on your os. However, when i type pip on terminal, i get command not found.

If it isn't working the path setting to the environment. What is the way to update a package using pip? Ironically, pip itself is complicated to install. I think the most easiest way is uninstall python through setup and delete other pip things then create new pip installation.
